Owner's Engineer Advisory

On January 25th, 2026, Eng. Abdul Wadud — Managing Director of WASO Engineers & Consultants (BD) Ltd. — requested strategic advisory support for identifying and introducing an International Owner's Engineer for the EGCB 220 MWac Solar Power Plant Construction Project in Bangladesh.

The project required the identification of a qualified, internationally experienced Owner's Engineer with the technical credibility and organizational capacity to support the Expression of Interest (REOI) stage of the procurement process.

• International Owner's Engineer Identification — Identifying and shortlisting qualified international OE firms suited to the project's scale and technical requirements
• REOI Advisory Support — Strategic support during the Request for Expression of Interest stage for EGCB Solar Project
• High-Level Experience Assessment — Evaluating the experience, track record, and technical suitability of candidate firms
• Basic Due Diligence — Conducting preliminary due diligence on shortlisted Owner's Engineer candidates
• Formal Introduction — Facilitating the formal introduction of the selected Owner's Engineer to the Local Consultants
• REOI Stage Support — Providing advisory support through the completion of the REOI submission stage
